Club Fusion retains the Classic Cup
Club Fusion retained the Classic Cup as the highest finishing club over the 9-day event. Club Fusion's Black teams won the 18s, 17s and 15s divisions while the 14 Black lost in the finals. Congratulations to Club Fusion!

Iowa Rockets, Fusion win Classic titles in 16s/15s
Both in sweeping fashion.

Rockets 16R took out M1 in two behind the hitting of Ali Stark and the crafty setting of Brooke Fessler.

Fusion 15 Black bested Milwaukee Sting 14 Gold in straight sets behind a strong left side attack keyed by Julia Conard and Emma Hussey, strong middle play from Jillian Stolzeburg and terrific setting from Erienne Barry.

Classic Cup Standings After Two Events
After one event, here are the Classic Cup standings. The Classic Cup trophy is a massive, traveling trophy (30 inches tall, 18 inches wide) that will stay with the victorious club for one calendar year. Opening Ceremonies

We will be holding the Opening Ceremonies at a new location in 2009! The 2009 Opening Ceremonies will be held at the world famous Tommy Bartlett Show (Website) in the Wisconsin Dells. The Ceremonies will begin at 7:30pm each session and will be held in the 4,000 seat grandstand stadium overlooking beautiful Lake Delton. More Info

The pin program, another way the PrepVolleyball.com Classic sets itself apart as a tournament that blends great volleyball with great fun, all in one location, is inspired from the program at Walt Disney World. The concept is simple: find a pin you like and trade for it.

The Venue - WDC

The Wisconsin Dells Center is a beautiful 16 court facility located just minutes from the Chula Vista Resort.  The WDC promises to offer an amazing place for our players to compete in 2009.

There is plenty of seating provided on each court and a fabulous concession area with food selections designed for athletes.
